Can we come and go from the event?
Let’s Rock Southampton has a no re-entry policy. Unless permitted by security at the entry gate on a case-by-case basis in emergencies.
Can we bring in Alcohol?
Due to licensing conditions, we cannot permit outside alcohol into the festival.
Can we bring Picnic Chairs and Blankets?
Sadly we cannot permit chairs into St Marys Stadium. Cushions and blankets are allowed in seating but not on the pitch, due to health & safety.
Can we get a refund?
Refunds are not available, but you may gift your ticket to a friend. For details see Gigantic: customerservices@gigantic.com
What are the travel options?

What time do the gates open?
Gates open at 12:00.
What time does the event finish?
The event finishes at 22:30.

A wide range of food options will be available, catering to all tastes and dietary requirements.

Do you allow pets?
No pets allowed. Assistance dogs require advance notification via accessibility@saintsfc.co.uk.
Can we bring brollies and gazebos?
Large umbrellas and gazebos are not permitted. Small retractable umbrellas are allowed.
Drug policy
Controlled drugs, legal highs, psychoactive substances, vape juice and related items are prohibited. Items needed for medical purposes must be arranged in advance via accessibility@saintsfc.co.uk.

🚌 Public Transport
- Train: Southampton Central is the nearest station. Bluestar buses (routes 3, 4, 16, 18) stop 5 min walk away. Taxis available at both Platforms 1 and 4.
🚶 Walking
- 20 minutes from Southampton Central or Town Quay. Follow blue match-day wayfinding signage.
🚗 Car / Coach
- No general onsite parking — use city centre parking, JustPark, or Ocean Village (10 min walk).
- Taxis: Radio Taxis – 02380 666 666.
- Driving: Via M27 (J4/5/8) + A335/A3024. Expect road closures around the stadium.
🎟️ Entry & Ground Regulations
- No re-entry unless permitted in emergencies.
- You may be refused entry for non-compliance, abusive behaviour, or prohibited items.
- Prohibited: alcohol, glass, large umbrellas, professional cameras, laser pointers, aerosols, flammables.
🎒 Bag & Food Policy
- Food and snacks allowed if inside an A4-size bag.
- Bag size: Max A4 (≈ 21×30 cm). Larger bags not permitted.
- Medical and childcare items allowed with prior declaration.
- All bags are searched on entry.

- Street food vendors across the pitch, concourses, and outside areas.
- Bars throughout the stadium.
- Free drinking water refill stations available.
- Cashless Venue: Card / mobile only.
